Using Biochemical blood analysers, Ultrasonography, and Radiography with automated processing, medical problems can be diagnosed accurately. We are shareholders in the MRI facility hosted at the Fourways Veterinary Hospital and 24-hour Emergency Centre, and are thus able to offer this diagnostic modality too. Orthopaedic surgical cases are worked up with the aid of our radiological equipment and are surgically corrected at the RidgeMall Specialist Referral Practice.
Our surgical theatre is equipped to allow us to perform sterilisations, general surgery, abdominal surgery including gastro-intestinal and bladder surgery, corrective surgery on eyelids and ears as well as obsterical surgery such as caesarian sections. . Obstetrical/Gynaecological cases can be worked up well with the aid of our ultrasound and x ray machines and this allows us to intervene timeously to deliver puppies by C-section if Mother Nature is unable to.
